We try to ship all items within 3 business days of receiving notification of your purchase. Packages are generally sent via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and therefore may take additional time. All personalized items will ship within five business days from the time the order is placed. That being said, please keep in mind that I am a Work-at-Home-Mom with an infant. Family things do come up from time to time and may cause minor delays. In these situations I will do all I can to make sure I keep my customers apprised of the situation. Please note that items sent with free shipping will be sent by the most economical shipping choice. All other items will be send via First Class or Priority Mail depending upon weight. If you would prefer UPS, please specify at checkout by choosing the "UPS" option. There is an additional fee for the use of this service.
At Not Your Mama's™ Cloth Diapers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things online aren't the same as anticipated once they are received. To better assist our customers, exchanges will be accepted for new, unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be honored for size, color and/or print changes. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless in the situation of a product defect. The customer will be responsible for paying any difference in price due to the exchange prior to the item being shipped. A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with returned items for exchange. In order to exchange an item you must contact us and obtain a Return Authorization Code. This code must be noted on your package along with a note explaining the reason for the return and what action you wish for us to take. Unfortunately, personalized products are not returnable unless defective.
Refunds will be issued on new, unused and unwashed products purchased from notyourmamasclothdiapers.com that are returned with a copy of the original sales receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective. Also, used, washed or worn products are non-returnable. We do not refund original shipping charges on returned products. We recommended that returned products be sent by a reputable shipping agent (example: Fed Ex, UPS, U.S. Postal Service) and insured. We will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense. In order to return an item you must contact us prior to sending your item to us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Code. This code must be noted on your return package along with a note stating the reason for the return. If you do not contact us prior to returning the item or the code is not on the package, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Cancellation/Order Change Policy
We are able to make changes to or cancel orders until the day of shipping. In order to cancel or modify your order please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist you. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

This gives you the opportunity to discuss cloth diapering, view and touch our quality products and make choices about what works out for your budget and your family. Let us give you an introduction to the fantastic world of cloth diapering. There is absolutely no pressure to buy diapers, we just are happy to get the word out there that there are other options to disposable diapers.
As long as you live in the local area, you may choose "Local Pickup" to avoid the $7.50 shipping fee. If you are located in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT you may arrange to pick up your items by simply noting this in the comments section of your order. We will then contact you via email to set up a time. If you live a little further away or would prefer to receive your items through the mail, we will ship your items to you. Please note, if you choose the "Local Pickup" option for shipping and do not make arrangements for pickup, your order will not be shipped until the $7.50 shipping fee has been paid.
